Conduent names Anna Novoseletsky EVP, general counsel and secretary

Conduent appointed Anna Novoseletsky executive vice president, general counsel, secretary.

The role covers the company’s global legal, compliance, risk and HR functions.

Novoseletsky was chief legal officer, chief compliance officer and corporate secretary at Cantaloupe.

She previously spent more than a decade at Discover Financial Services, serving as general counsel for its global payments business.
