Conduent wins up to 14-year Virginia Medicaid systems modernization contract

The scope covers Medicaid enterprise systems, fiscal agent services, call center operations, reporting, claims processing, and mail services.
Modernization will use Conduent Medicaid Suite, supported by CXNow for AI-enabled customer service across phone and chat.
Virginia Medicaid contract awarded to Conduent
Conduent won a Virginia DMAS contract to keep operating, manage, and modernize Virginia Medicaid delivery systems.
The contract runs up to 14 years, extending a relationship that began in 2001. Work includes a two-year design and implementation phase, then a six-year base term with six one-year options.
