Conexeu Sciences offers new warrants to encourage early exercise of up to 4,762,780 warrants
CNXU•Conexeu Sciences is offering holders who exercise up to 4,762,780 warrants by April 30, 2027, inducement warrants to buy one common share each for $3, exercisable for 24 months.
1. Warrant incentive terms
Holders can exercise eligible warrants at $2.30 per share and buy one transferable inducement warrant for $0.001 per warrant exercised. Shares issuable through inducement warrant exercises are capped at 2,563,389 on a first-to-exercise basis pending stockholder approval. The company will register for resale shares already received from existing warrant exercises, including shares issued through the incentive program.
