ConnectM appoints Leo Riera as lead independent director
CNTM•ConnectM appointed Leonardo “Leo” Riera lead independent director, effective October 21, 2026, expanding its board from five members to six.
1. Board appointment
Riera will chair the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and join the Audit and Compensation Committees. He brings more than 40 years of capital markets experience and served as Bankers Trust’s Venezuela country head from 1988 to 1998.
