Blue Cloud unit signs SpaceX services agreement
ConnectM said Blue Cloud’s U.S. unit signed a $150 million, 18-month Statement of Work with SpaceX International under a July 9 master agreement.
Indicative value of ConnectM’s Blue Cloud shares
ConnectM’s 160,000,000 Blue Cloud shares were worth about $40.6 million at Blue Cloud’s Aug. 11 close of INR 24.21.
That compares with about $30.4 million at the June 2 share-exchange signing reference price of INR 18.5.
