Constellation Brands Q2 sales beat; reaffirms FY adjusted profit outlook

Constellation reaffirmed its FY2027 adjusted earnings-per-share outlook and expects net sales to range from down about 1% to up about 1%. Beer portfolio net sales increased by over 5%, driven by Corona Extra and Modelo Especial, while wine and spirits net sales rose 17%, supported by shipment volume growth and slightly favorable pricing mix. The company repurchased $530 million of shares year-to-date through September 2026.
