Constellation completes sale of Brazos Valley Energy Center to LS Power
CEG•Constellation Energy completed the sale of the 606-megawatt Brazos Valley Energy Center to LS Power. A separate agreement covers about 4.4 gigawatts of generation assets in Delaware and Pennsylvania, with that sale expected to close by the end of 2026.
1. Brazos Valley sale completed
Constellation Energy completed the sale of the 606-megawatt natural gas-fired combined-cycle Brazos Valley Energy Center, outside Houston, to LS Power. The facility operates in the ERCOT market.
2. Separate PJM asset sale
A separate agreement covers about 4.4 gigawatts of predominantly natural gas-fired generation assets in Delaware and Pennsylvania. That sale is expected to close by the end of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
