Q2 FY26 earnings decline on a GAAP basis
Constellation posted GAAP net income attributable to common shareholders of $513 million, or $1.42 a share, down from $2.67 a year earlier.
Adjusted (non-GAAP) operating earnings rose to $920 million, or $2.55 a share, from $1.91.
