Constellation Software’s Volaris acquires Brazil corporate foodservice software provider Teknisa
Volaris Group, a Constellation Software unit, acquired Brazil-based Teknisa, which provides software for corporate foodservice and food retail. Teknisa serves more than 900 companies and has over 450 employees.

Teknisa will operate as an independent unit within the Pedro Cruz Group in Volaris’ Latin American portfolio, managed by Puneet Soni. The company has 36 years of operating history.
