Constellium Q2 FY26 net income more than doubled to $148 million; revenue rises 31% to $2.7 billion

Constellium posted Q2 net income of USD 148 million, more than doubled from a year earlier; revenue rose 31% to USD 2.75 billion.
Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) climbed to USD 439 million from USD 146 million a year earlier, including a positive non-cash metal price lag of USD 129 million.
Free cash flow (non-GAAP) increased to USD 90 million from USD 41 million; shipments slipped 1% to 381,000 metric tons.
Guidance, buyback and debt action
Guidance was raised for 2026 adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) to USD 980 million-USD 1.02 billion, excluding metal price lag; free cash flow is seen above USD 300 million.
Constellium completed a USD 20 million share buyback in Q2; it also carried out a USD 100 million partial redemption of 5.625% Senior Notes due June 2028 in July.
