Constellium signs 10-year solar power purchase deal for German plants

- Constellium signed a 10-year power purchase agreement with the community of Gottmadingen to buy the full output of the Katzental solar park for its Gottmadingen and Singen plants in Germany.
- The locally produced electricity is expected to cover more than 25% of the two sites’ combined power needs.
- The deal is projected to cut about 3,500 metric tons of CO2 emissions per year.
- Deliveries are scheduled to start in spring 2027.
