Constellium’s net profit in 2025 jumped to $275 million from $60 million in 2024, as revenues rose 15% to $8.4 billion and shipments climbed 4% to 1.5 million metric tons. In the fourth quarter, the company swung to a $113 million net income from a $47 million loss, with revenues up 28% to $2.2 billion.

Constellium reported net profit of $275 million in 2025, up from $60 million in 2024, on revenues of $8.4 billion, a 15% increase, and shipments of 1.5 million metric tons, up 4%. Adjusted EBITDA rose 36% to $846 million from $623 million.

2. Fourth-Quarter Turnaround

In the fourth quarter, the company swung to a net income of $113 million from a $47 million loss in the prior year. Revenues climbed 28% to $2.2 billion and shipments increased 11% to 365,000 metric tons.

3. Stock Reaction

Shares jumped to an intraday high of $27.25 before closing 9.44% higher at $25.62, marking a decade-high level as investors reacted to the robust earnings and guidance.

4. 2026 Outlook and Risks

Management indicated that the demand trends seen in 2025 are expected to carry into 2026. Packaging demand remains healthy, while aerospace and automotive markets face headwinds from existing tariffs.
