Construction Partners acquired J.H. Strain & Sons’ asphalt manufacturing and construction assets in Texas. The deal adds two hot-mix asphalt plants, crews and equipment serving the Abilene market, with operations folding into Lone Star Paving and more than 125 employees joining its workforce.
