Construction Partners acquired Roads, Inc. of NWF, an asphalt manufacturing and construction business based in Cantonment, Florida.
The deal adds a hot-mix asphalt plant north of Pensacola, along with related crews and equipment, expanding coverage in the Florida Panhandle.
