Consumers Bancorp holds annual shareholder meeting
CBKM•Consumers Bancorp shareholders elected three directors and ratified Plante & Moran as independent auditor at the October 29 annual meeting. Joseph Gerzina became chairman of the company and Consumers National Bank, succeeding retiring chairman Frank Paden.

Shareholders elected Bradley Goris, Shawna L. L'Italien and Laurie L. McClellan at the October 29, 2026 annual meeting, and ratified Plante & Moran as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027. Both boards elected Joseph Gerzina chairman of the company and Consumers National Bank, succeeding Frank Paden, who retired October 29, 2026.
