Consumers Bancorp names Joseph Gerzina board chairman, effective Oct. 29
CBKM•Consumers Bancorp named Joseph Gerzina chairman of its board and Consumers National Bank’s board, effective Oct. 29, 2026. He succeeds Frank Paden, who will retire at the annual shareholder meeting that day.

Gerzina will become chairman of the boards of Consumers Bancorp and Consumers National Bank on Oct. 29, 2026, succeeding Frank Paden, who will retire at the annual shareholder meeting that day. Gerzina is a retired banking executive who held senior management roles during a 40-year career in Northeast Ohio’s financial services industry.
