Cooper-Standard posted a Q2 net loss of $18.8 million, or $1.04 a share, as net sales rose 2.2% to $721.3 million.
Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) fell to $53.9 million from $62.8 million, while free cash flow swung to $16.3 million from negative $23.4 million.
Restructuring charges totaled $17.1 million, while net cash from operations improved to $30.1 million from negative $15.6 million.
Business awards and guidance
Net new business awards reached $118.4 million, including $36.6 million tied to battery-electric or full-hybrid platforms.
Full-year adjusted EBITDA guidance (non-GAAP) was tightened to $265 million-$295 million, while sales guidance stayed at $2.7 billion-$2.9 billion.
