3. CooperSurgical Segment Performance
CooperSurgical generated $358.0 million in revenue, up 8% reported and 6% organic. Office and surgical products increased 4%, while fertility business sales jumped 13% reported (10% organic), reflecting strong demand for embryo culture media.
4. Litigation Charge and Guidance Update
The company recorded a $271.6 million pre-tax SG&A charge for recall-related litigation, partially offset by $52.5 million in insurance recoveries.
