The tender offer expired October 15, 2026, with 116,818,409 shares tendered, representing approximately 68.43% of ACV’s outstanding common stock; remaining shares were converted into the right to receive the same cash consideration.
2. ACV operations
ACV shares ceased trading on the New York Stock Exchange. The business will operate as an independent subsidiary under its existing leadership, expanding the group’s vehicle remarketing platform across dealer trade-ins, wholesale auctions and salvage disposition.
