CPRT•Copart extended its subsidiary’s all-cash tender offer for ACV Auctions shares at $10.50 per share to Oct. 7, 2026. As of Sept. 30, 47.78% of outstanding shares had been tendered; closing requires tenders exceeding 50%.

Copart’s subsidiary extended the offer expiration to 5 p.m. ET on Oct. 7, 2026, from 11:59 p.m. ET on Sept. 30. A total of 81,269,394 shares, equal to 47.78% of shares outstanding, had been tendered as of Sept. 30. Closing remains subject to conditions, including tenders exceeding 50% of outstanding shares; the antitrust waiting period is set to expire at 11:59 p.m. ET on Oct. 13.
