The waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act for Copart’s tender offer to acquire all shares of ACV Auctions expired late Oct. 13, clearing a key closing condition. The cash offer is $10.50 per share, net to the seller, and is scheduled to expire at 5 p.m. ET on Oct. 15, 2026. Completion remains subject to other conditions, including a majority-of-shares tender threshold.
