Copper Property CTL Pass Through Trust extends termination date by 70 days to Jan. 5, 2027

Majority certificateholders approved extending the trust’s termination deadline by 70 days, from Oct. 27, 2026, to Jan. 5, 2027. The amendment takes effect no earlier than 20 days after an information statement scheduled to be mailed around Nov. 6, 2026.
