Core AI Holdings has entered a joint venture with Toto Digital & Technology Solutions to design and build advanced data center campuses tailored for AI and high-performance computing workloads. The JV aims to combine Core AI’s strategic focus on AI-native infrastructure with Toto’s global development capabilities to meet surging demand for power-dense compute facilities.

2. Toto DTS Operational Expertise

Toto DTS brings an operational history of delivering 253 data centers and more than 4.5 gigawatts of installed IT capacity across complex, mission-critical environments such as air traffic control, pharmaceuticals, offshore energy platforms and financial trading systems. Its experienced team will drive rapid deployment through pre-packaged, energy-integrated solutions across four continents.

3. Growth Pipeline and First Campus

The partnership will target domestic markets with energy-optimized campuses designed for performance, efficiency and sustainability, and Core AI expects to update shareholders on its first campus development in the coming weeks. This initiative supports Core AI’s strategy to capitalize on a structurally undersupplied market and enhance long-term shareholder value.
