Core Natural Resources expanded President Mitesh Thakkar’s remit to run day-to-day operations, marketing, logistics and long-term strategy, effective immediately.
Nathan Tucker was named senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Thakkar had served as president and CFO since January 2025; previously he was CFO of CONSOL Energy since 2020.
Tucker was Core’s vice president of finance; previously he was director of finance and investor relations at CONSOL from 2020 to January 2025.
