Quarterly financial results
Core Natural Resources posted Q2 2026 net income of $126.5 million, or $2.51 per diluted share, on revenue of $1.1 billion.
Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) totaled $323.6 million, while net cash from operations reached $250.4 million and free cash flow (non-GAAP) was $148 million.
Marketing and insurance settlement
Marketing secured 16 million tons of new sales commitments.
Q2 included the Leer South insurance claim settlement for full limit recovery, netting $155 million.
