- Core Scientific completed its acquisition of Polaris DS for about USD 444 million in cash.
- The deal secures roughly 440 MW of in-service, grid-connected gross power capacity under existing Oklahoma Gas & Electric service agreements.
- The transaction supports plans to scale the Muskogee campus to about 1.5 GW of gross power, or about 1.0 GW of leasable power.
- The next planned delivery at Muskogee targets about 82 MW for a customer starting in the second half of 2027.
