1. December 2025 Passenger Traffic Growth

Corporación América Airports S.A. reported an 8.5% year-on-year increase in passenger traffic in December 2025, handling 3.995 million domestic travelers compared with 3.772 million in the same month of 2024. This performance capped off a robust full-year result, with total passenger volumes rising 9.8% to 50.1 million in 2025 versus 45.6 million in 2024. Domestic traffic showed particular strength, up 8.6% year-on-year to 44.5 million passengers, while international movements contributed the balance of the growth. The company also recorded a 7.2% increase in aircraft movements and a 4.3% rise in cargo volume, underscoring broad-based operational expansion across its 53 airports in Argentina, Italy, Brazil, Uruguay and Ecuador.

2. Receipt of US$91.2 Million ICSID Award from Peru

In a separate announcement, CAAP confirmed that Sociedad Aeroportuaria Kuntur Wasi S.A., in which it holds a 50% indirect equity stake, has received US$91,205,056 from the Republic of Peru following a final award by the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes. The payment settles a long-running dispute related to unilateral changes in concession terms at the Andahuaylas and Ayacucho airports. CAAP expects the receipt to boost consolidated net income for the first quarter of 2026 and enhance its free cash flow position, supporting ongoing investments in terminal expansions and runway upgrades across its Latin American portfolio.
