Joint venture to develop new crop protection products
Corteva and Globachem signed a definitive agreement to form a 50/50 joint venture to develop new formulated crop protection products.
The independently run vehicle will advance late-stage to commercial technologies for Europe and the Americas; the parents may commercialize resulting products.
First launches are expected in the early 2030s, using existing sales channels.
Closing is targeted for Q4 2026, subject to regulatory clearances and approvals.
