Corteva and Inari asked a Delaware federal court late Sunday to dismiss the case with prejudice, days after the trial began on September 23. Corteva had accused Inari of illegally obtaining and copying its patented corn and soybean seeds; Inari denied the allegations and argued the patents were invalid.
