Corteva settles North Carolina PFAS claims for about $66 million share of $455 million deal

Corteva reached a PFAS-related settlement with North Carolina and local governments tied to the Fayetteville Works site.
Companies will pay $455 million over 15 years; Corteva’s share is about $66 million.
The deal also resolves Corteva and DuPont obligations tied to historical discharges and the Chemours 2019 North Carolina consent order.
