CTVA• Corteva to separate seed segment into Vylor
- Corteva will separate its seed segment into a standalone, publicly traded company, Vylor, via a pro rata stock dividend.
- Holders on Sept. 24 will receive 1 Vylor share for each Corteva share, with cash paid for fractional entitlements.
- Distribution is set for Oct. 1 before 9:30 a.m. New York time; structured as tax-free for U.S. federal income taxes.
- Vylor is slated to trade on the NYSE on a when-issued basis Sept. 25–30 under VYLR WI, then regular-way Oct. 1 as VYLR.
- Corteva shares are expected to trade in regular-way CTVA with entitlement, plus ex-distribution CTVA WI without entitlement, Sept. 25–30.
