Corvex has elected Patrick A. Fleury to its Board of Directors at the upcoming annual meeting. Fleury will serve as an independent director and join the Audit Committee, providing oversight as the company scales its GPU-accelerated AI infrastructure platform.
Since joining TeraWulf in 2022, Fleury has managed over $8 billion in financings to support data center expansion and AI hosting. His 25-year career includes leading credit investing teams at Platinum Equity and Blackstone Credit, as well as energy and power banking at Bank of America.
Fleury’s appointment aligns with Corvex’s plan to launch its token factory and expand proprietary software tools for workload optimization and confidential computing. His experience structuring capital-efficient growth and power-focused compute platforms is expected to guide disciplined infrastructure deployment and long-term customer alignment.
