Corvus Q2 FY26 net loss widens to $18 million; R&D expense more than doubles to $16 million

Corvus Pharmaceuticals posted a GAAP net loss of $17.96 million, or $0.19 a share, for Q2 2026, widening from $8 million, or $0.10.
R&D expense more than doubled to $15.96 million, due to higher soquelitinib clinical trial costs and higher personnel-related costs.
Cash position and clinical updates
Cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities rose to $215.23 million at June 30, extending expected operating runway into Q2 2028.
Enrollment stayed on track in the registrational Phase 3 relapsed/refractory PTCL trial and the SIERRA1 Phase 2 atopic dermatitis study.
Richard A. Miller said Corvus expects to start soquelitinib studies in hidradenitis suppurativa and asthma later this year.
