Cosan will hold an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on Sept. 14, 2026, in São Paulo.
Shareholders will vote on amendments to the bylaws, including provisions on email communications and changes to executive management structure.
The meeting will also vote on a consolidated restatement of the bylaws if the amendments pass.
