Cosan board moves to delist NYSE-traded ADSs
CSAN•Board approves plan to voluntarily delist ADSs from NYSE
Cosan board resolutions on Aug. 14, 2026 set a plan to voluntarily delist its ADSs from the NYSE.
NYSE was formally notified of the delisting intent; each ADS represents four common shares.
A Form 25 filing with the SEC is targeted for Sept. 8, 2026; the last NYSE trading day is expected to be Sept. 18, 2026.
Cosan expects cost cuts and a simpler capital structure; it will keep its Novo Mercado listing on B3.
