Cosan held shareholder meeting, backed Radar II spinoff plan
CSAN•CSAN•CSAN•CSAN•Cosan held an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on Sept. 14, 2026.
Shareholders adopted amendments to the bylaws, including updates to electronic communications and changes to executive board structure.
They also adopted a consolidated restatement of the bylaws reflecting those amendments.
Investors authorized the Radar II spin-off steps, including approval of the transaction protocol, the valuation report, and the spin-off itself.
They empowered management to take actions to implement the approved measures and ratified prior steps taken toward the Radar II transaction.
