Cosmos Health issued 2029 guidance for revenue of $200.6 million, gross profit of $71.2 million, adjusted EBITDA of $44.2 million and net income of $31 million. The company tied execution to a mix shift toward higher-margin proprietary products and said it expects gross margins above 70% across key brands, including Sky Premium Life, the 18 Series and C-Scrub. It cited Cana Laboratories contract manufacturing, with reported gross margins above 90% for third-party production, as a margin lever. Its brands are sold in more than 40 countries, and the company targets markets estimated at $946.3 billion in 2025.
