Cosmos Health’s CosmoFarm subsidiary entered into a 90-day Letter of Intent on March 6 to acquire an established Greek pharmacy distribution network. The target business generates approximately €10 million ($11.5 million) in annual gross revenue and serves a broad base of pharmacy customers with pharmaceutical and para-pharmaceutical products, subject to customary closing conditions.

Once the acquisition agreement is executed, CosmoFarm plans to integrate the network into its automated logistics platform, leveraging advanced robotic technologies for procurement, inventory management, and order execution. This integration is expected to improve operating efficiencies and enhance service levels across its expanded distribution footprint.

This bolt-on acquisition forms part of Cosmos Health’s disciplined strategy to achieve its previously announced 2027 revenue guidance of $155.8 million. The company intends to combine organic growth across core segments with accretive transactions to expand scale, enhance profitability, and support long-term shareholder value.
