Auctions will remain available on CoStar and LoopNet alongside Ten-X.

Ten-X named Steve Price president to lead its digital commercial real estate auction platform under a standalone brand.
Price previously held senior leadership roles at Auction.com, including EVP of Foreclosure Auction Services.
