Coursera names Tom Savage chief legal officer, succeeds Alan Cardenas
COUR•Coursera names new chief legal officer
Coursera named Tom Savage chief legal officer and secretary, effective today, in a planned leadership transition.
Savage previously held legal leadership roles at Red Hat, most recently vice president and general counsel for Red Hat at IBM.
Alan Cardenas will step back from leading the legal department and remain general counsel through the end of 2026 to support onboarding.
