Court Invalidates Four ImagineAR Patents, Company Plans Appeal and Director Resigns
The U.S. District Court for Delaware granted Niantic’s motion holding four ImagineAR patents invalid, denying ImagineAR’s amendment motion. ImagineAR plans to appeal the invalidation of U.S. Patent Nos. 10,946,284; 11,484,284; 11,666,827; and 12,070,691 and said director Gurdip Panaich has resigned.

The U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware granted Niantic’s motion for judgment on the pleadings, finding U.S. Patent Nos. 10,946,284; 11,484,284; 11,666,827; and 12,070,691 invalid and denying ImagineAR’s motion to amend its complaint.
2. Appeal Plans
ImagineAR announced it will appeal to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and maintain its position on the merits of the patents, with CEO Alen Paul Silverrstieen stating the company intends to defend its inventions vigorously.
3. Board Member Resignation
Director Gurdip Panaich resigned from the board, with the company thanking him for his contributions and wishing him well in future endeavors.
