Cove Kaz Capital Group announced termination of its business combination agreement with Skyline Builders Group Holding Limited. Skyline agreed to change its ticker symbol and release the “KAZR” symbol within 15 days. The announcement also disclosed a new $32 million equity funding commitment at an approximately $2 billion valuation.
