Covista names Scott Liles chief strategy and performance officer

Covista expanded its senior leadership team under its three-year “Purpose at Scale” growth strategy.

• Scott Liles added Chief Strategy and Performance Officer duties, taking charge of corporate strategy and a new Performance Acceleration Office, effective immediately.
• Rick Sinkfield joins Aug. 10 as vice president of expansion, reporting to CEO Steve Beard.
• Sinkfield was chief legal officer at Educational Testing Service; earlier spent 20 years at Laureate Education overseeing restructuring and Latin America growth.
• Sinkfield will lead enterprise-wide expansion, including Chamberlain University campus growth; he has served on its board since fall 2025.
