Cox Capital launched tender offers for Class I shares of Apollo Debt Solutions BDC and Ares Strategic Income Fund. The ADS offer is $20.35 per share, a 14.6% discount to its Aug. 31 net asset value of $23.84; the Ares fund offer is $23.15 per share, a 13.4% discount to its $26.74 NAV. The offers expire Nov. 14, 2026, at 5 p.m. ET.
