Coya net loss widens to $6.64 million in Q2 FY26; R&D expense rises to $5.03 million

Coya Therapeutics posted a GAAP net loss of $6.6 million, widening from a $6.1 million loss a year earlier; loss per share narrowed to $0.28 from $0.36.
GAAP operating loss widened to $7.05 million from $6.41 million as research and development expenses rose 35.8% to $5.03 million.
GAAP general and administrative expense fell 22.4% to $2.26 million; revenue rose to $243,745 from $163,616.

Cash and cash equivalents totaled $43.2 million at June 30, 2026, expected to fund operations into 2H 2027.
ALSTARS Phase 2 ALS trial advanced into a 24-week blinded extension; Fast Track designation was granted for COYA 302, with ALS topline data targeted for Q1 2027.
