ASTANA, July 27 (Reuters) - The Caspian Pipeline Consortium's Black Sea terminal on the Russian coast has resumed oil loadings, Kazakhstan's energy ministry said on Monday, after a one-week stoppage following Ukrainian drone attacks.
The suspension had led to a sharp reduction of oil output in Kazakhstan.
