- CPS Technologies received its first defense-related product order for tungsten alloy components made with its QuickSet Injection Molding process.
- The order came from a research group supporting the U.S. military and was described as the company’s largest contract of this type.
- The company expects to complete the defense contract later this year.
- The order follows a smaller commercial QuickSet order fulfilled earlier in 2026.
- QuickSet development is backed by a USD 1.15 million U.S. Army DEVCOM Phase II STTR award running from 2025 through September 2027.
