CBRL• Cracker Barrel expects stronger FY 2026 revenue and EBITDA
- Casual dining chain Cracker Barrel's CBRL.O shares rose 7.6% to $57.49 in extended trading.
- CBRL now expects to achieve or exceed the high end of its revenue forecast and exceed its adjusted EBITDA outlook for FY 2026.
- On June 9, CBRL said it expects total revenue between $3.27 billion and $3.30 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $120 million to $125 million.
- The company will close 16 Maple Street Biscuit Company locations and has also completed the sale of certain assets used in its MSBC business.
- It expects non-cash charges of about $37 million to $39 million in connection with the divestiture during Q4 FY 2026.
- As of Monday's close, the stock had more than doubled year to date.
