- Julie Masino will step down as CEO and director on Aug. 10, 2026; she will serve as an adviser through Oct. 9, 2026.
- Deno most recently led Bloomin’ Brands as CEO from 2019 to 2024; he previously served as its CFO from 2012 to 2019.
- He also held senior finance and operations roles at Best Buy, Yum! Brands, Pizza Hut, and Burger King.
- Deno will join Cracker Barrel’s board when he takes over as CEO.
