Creatd buys 10% stake in C2 Live operator C2 Capital Group
CRTD•Creatd acquired a 10% equity stake in C2 Capital Group, operator of livestreaming app C2 Live, and signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire the remaining 90%. The transaction is expected to lift stockholders’ net equity by about $3.6 million to roughly $8 million in Q3 financials.

Creatd acquired a 10% equity stake in C2 Capital Group and signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire the remaining 90%, pending due diligence targeted for Q4 2026. The transaction is expected to lift stockholders’ net equity by about $3.6 million to roughly $8 million in Q3 financials. Creatd said the deal positions it to combine Vocal with C2 Live’s audience of more than 1.5 million users.
